1 lb tempeh
¼ c tamari
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 T maple syrup
1 T liquid smoke
¼ t onion powder
¼ t ground coriander
¼ t paprika
pinch cayenne powder
1. Slice tempeh thinly.
2. Mix marinade in a ziplock bag. Add tempeh and refrigerate overnight.
3. Fry in a High heat oil. Enjoy!!!
